Apparently, we drink coffee just to stave off withdrawal symptoms. If I skip coffee entirely, I get a migraine that takes me 2 days to recover from. It really makes we want to quit, so I am going to try to replace my 1 coffee with 1 tea in the morning & 1 in the afternoon.
